If, for some reason, you are not happy with your order, or you receive items that are damaged, please contact us ( mira (at) tyynikki.com or submit an inquiry via our website ) within 7days of receiving the order and we will sort things out for you.
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of crystals and their sensitive energies, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on them and for hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot accept returns on earrings. This is why we provide ample imagery and information of them so you can make the most educated decision.
