Complimentary handwritten gift tags with your personalised message and gift wrapping provided for gift orders! When placing your order, type your short personalised message in the comment box and mention that it is a gift item.

Type recipients address in order details if you would like us to send the gift directly to its recipient. No receipt will be included. Gifting to many people in different addresses? Place individual orders per address and we will ship them for you.


SHIPPING

We want to provide you with the best service and shopping experience possible. This is why we use only UPS, DHL, Fedex or DPD as the courier to ship all orders, to ensure you receive them quickly, securely and in mint condition.

Tyynikki does not accept any liability for any possible taxes, duties and other requirements or regulations. Please consult your local authorities if you have any questions or hesitation. Taxes or customs costs will apply to all non UK orders with Brexit being in place now.

Please also note that EU orders tend to take more time as they can get stuck with customs following the UK departure from the European Union.

RETURNS

If for some reason you are not happy with your order, or you receive items that are damaged, please contact us ( mira (at) tyynikki.com or submit an inquiry via our website ) within 14 days of receiving the order and we will sort things out for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the nature of crystals and their sensitive energies, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on the unique, individually photographed pieces and for hygiene reasons we unfortunately cannot accept returns on earrings. This is why we provide ample imagery and information of them so you can make the most educated decision. All items must be unused and in their original packaging.
