As each piece is personally handcrafted and prepared for its new home, please allow up to 3 business days (UK) for your order to be dispatched. We believe this time and care is what makes your jewellery so special.

We ship all orders using trusted couriers such as UPS, DHL, DPD and Fedex) to ensure your pieces arrive securely and in perfect condition.

An Important Update for our EU Friends

It is with a heavy heart that we have temporarily paused shipping to countries within the European Union. Recent EU regulations introduced in late 2024 require all non-EU businesses to appoint a paid, dedicated representative within the EU for product safety. As a small, independent brand, we are unfortunately not yet in a position to meet the cost of this requirement.

We are so grateful for your understanding and support. It is our deepest hope to be able to resume shipping to our lovely EU customers as soon as we are able to, we will keep you updated.

A Note on International Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to local import duties and taxes. These are levied by your country's customs office and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend consulting your local customs authority for information before placing your order.

Want to make your gift uniquely special? We would be delighted to help.

We offer complimentary gift wrapping and can include a charming, handwritten note with your personal message. Simply type your message into the comment box at checkout and let us know it's a gift.

If you'd like the gift sent directly to their door, please enter the recipient's address at checkout. No receipt will be included in the parcel, ensuring the surprise is perfect. For gifts to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each recipient.


OUR RETURNS POLICY

We want you to adore your Tyynikki piece. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at mira (at) tyynikki.com within 14 days of receiving it and we will be here to help. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Please note, to honour their unique nature, one of a kind, individually photographed crystal pieces are not eligible for return. We provide detailed imagery and information to help you make a thoughtful decision.
